Full-Time Preschool Teacher

Mesa Verde Preschool & Infant Center is looking for a full-time Teacher to join our amazing team!

We are seeking someone who is passionate, energetic, nurturing, and dedicated to supporting young children’s growth and development. If you enjoy working with children and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units

  • Including 3 Infant/Toddler units

• LiveScan fingerprint clearance (DOJ/FBI/Child Abuse Index)

• Health screening

• Proof of immunity (MMR/Measles, Pertussis, COVID)

• Clear TB test or chest X-ray (within the last 4 years)

• Pediatric CPR & First Aid certified

• Mandated Reporter certification (current)

• Creative, patient, positive, and reliable

• Flexible with a strong team-oriented mindset

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform classroom duties

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for children

• Support the individual needs of each child and family

• Maintain daily records for infants/toddlers

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development

• Communicate effectively with parents and team members

• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

• Collaborate as part of a co-teaching team

 

🕒 Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
