ENROLLMENT
Enrollment and Admission
Our hours of operation are:
7 am - 5:30 pm M-F
Thank you for consideration of Mesa Verde Preschool.
We welcome any healthy child between the ages of 6 weeks through 5 years.
Mesa Verde Preschool admits and does not discriminate against children of any race, sex, religion, nationality, or ethnic origin, and extend to them all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to our students. The school does not discriminate in the administration of our education policies, and other school administration policies.
Before admission, an enrollment packet must be completed and signed by parent(s) or legal guardian(s). This includes all state forms, immunization records, school admission agreement, and emergency contact as well as the nonrefundable registration fee of $100.00 plus the tuition.
There are three ways to receive an Enrollment Packet:
